Transitional: that our Middle School should be designed to assist all students with a successful transition from elementary to high school, from child to young adult, and from dependent to independent learner as we focus on the development of the whole child.
Academic: that our Middle School should provide all students with a program that is comprehensive, challenging, purposeful, integrated, relevant, and standards-based that offers students opportunities to fully engage in the life of the school while continually striving for academic achievement.
Health and Well-being: that our Middle Sschool should create a safe and healthy learning environment that focuses on the health and safety of the individual as well as the community.
Character: that our Middle School should provide all students with the opportunity to develop personal responsibility and respectful behavior as they acquire the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to positively contribute to society, especially encouraging tolerance, respect, and appreciation of individual differences so all students can meet their true potential.
