  • OPHS to Present Fall Drama

    Rehearsal for Murder runs Thursday & Friday, November 14th and 15th at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 16th at 2:00 p.m. at Orchard Park High School. General seating tickets are $8 for adults and students and $6 for Senior Citizens and are available at the door the nights of the shows.

  • Eggert PTO Fundraiser: Chipotle Mexican Grill on Wednesday, November 13, 2019

    The PTO is holding a dinner fundraiser at Chipotle Mexican Grill on Wednesday, November 13th between 4pm and 8pm, at their Hamburg location (4405 Milestrip Rd). Show them the printed or online flyer. 33% of all proceeds during that time will be donated back to the Eggert PTO. Hope to see you there!

  • Student Physical Exams Now Required in Grades K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11

    A recent update in New York Education Law, effective July 1, 2018, requires that a complete physical exam be conducted for all students entering grades K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11. We ask that you schedule an appointment with your child's physician if they will be in one of those grades in September 2018. Please forward the completed form to your school nurse as soon as the exam has been completed.

  • Eggert K-5 Science Family Fun Night: Thursday, November 14 from 6:00-8:00pm

    Save the Date for the Eggert K-5 Science Family Fun Night! Families are invited to share in Science Exploration with hands-on activities for all ages (older siblings welcome)! Many stations planned, popular stations returning and new stations added. Participants to date include: Aquarium of Niagara, Buffalo State Science Education, Buffalo Zoo, CodeAbility of WNY, Eggert Elementary Teachers, Eggert Road PTO, Fredonia Chemistry Club, Fredonia Exercise Science, Honeywell, Linde, Messinger Woods, Microsoft, Niagara Power Vista, Orchard Park High School Science Club, Orchard Park Library, Orchard Park Middle School Technology, Orchard Park Recreation, Rob Vento (Integer), UB Genome, Environment, and Microbiome Science, UB Graduate Chemistry Club, UB Graduate Geology Club, UB Mechanical Engineering, and WNY Science Congress. Admission is $5 per child. Pre-purchase admissions available at EggertRoadPTO.org until November 12th. At-door sales will also be available the night of the event.   • Eggert Food Drive: November 18 thru December 11, 2019

    Eggert Elementary will be collecting non-perishable food items during the holiday season. It is our way of providing some holiday cheer to those in need. We are always so overwhelmed by the generosity of our families. Please see the flyer located within the November or December Virtual Backpack for details on suggested food categories per Grade Level.
