    Message to families March 26

Beginning this Friday, March 27, 2020 the Orchard Park Central School District will be delivering breakfasts for the following weekend in addition to breakfast and lunch for that day.   On Friday, April 3, 2020 the district will include both breakfasts and lunches for the following weekend in the Friday meal delivery.  All Fridays moving forward will include 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches for each eligible child.

The meals are left on the front doorstep of the home.  The district along with the transportation staff is practicing social distancing.  Please wait for the employee to walk away before opening your door to retrieve your meals. Please be aware there may be perishables in the meal.

On March 19, 2020 the Orchard Park Central School District transportation department staff began delivering one breakfast and one lunch per eligible student to families at their primary home address daily, Monday – Friday between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

If you do not wish to receive meals delivered to your home or need to change the address for the drop off, please send an email to Mr. Joe Haier, Director of Transportation at jhaier@opschools.org.

If you are aware of any newly eligible families that would benefit from the daily meal delivery due to new financial circumstances, please have that family contact Jeff Petrus at: jpetrus@opschools.org.   They can then be added to the next day’s meal delivery.
