Dear Students and Parents:
Through the course of the school year we run into special circumstances or situations with regards to student parking. Please understand that if we bend the rules for one person we have to do the same for the other 300+ students who drive to school and park on campus. All students will be held to the same standard. We will do our very best to accommodate, facilitate, and navigate you through the entire process, however, we will do so without compromising the integrity of the rules set forth. These rules and guidelines have been set in place to ensure that the process is as efficient and fair as possible and to ensure the safety of all drivers on the Orchard Park High School campus.

SENIOR PARKING APPLICATION: APPLICATIONS FOR SENIORS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR PARENTS PORTAL UNTIL AUGUST 1ST.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM AUGUST 1ST UNTIL AUGUST 30th IN YOUR HOUSE OFFICE. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
SENIORS WHO MISS THE AUGUST 30th DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TURN IN THEIR APPLICATIONS UNTIL WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO SCHOOL UNTIL THEIR APPLICATION IS PROCESSED. THE APPLICATION ON THE PORTAL WILL BE REOPEN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th.
JUNIOR PARKING APPLICATION: APPLICATIONS FOR JUNIORS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR PARENT'S PORTAL ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH. JUNIORS CAN TURN THEIR APPLICATIONS IN BEGINNING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH.
Applications will be available ON LINE ONLY on the Parent Portal under "Forms"
Be sure that all required information is included with your application or it will not be processed.
Also include a check payable to "Orchard Park High School" for $10 for one permit or $15 for two permits.
*** YOU MAY NOW PAY ON LINE WITH A CREDIT CARD. PLEASE PRINT AND SUBMIT THE RECEIPT AS PROOF THAT YOU PAID ON LINE.
Please follow these steps carefully:
Step 1 – Please fill out the application/rules on line in your parents portal.
Step 2 – Print the document.
Step 3 – You and your parent/guardian must sign the application agreeing to all the rules and regulations found on this site.
Step 4 – Obtain and copy all of the necessary information needed to complete your application, including a receipt if you paid on line with a credit card.
Step 5 – Hand in the application along with the necessary information and your check made payable to ‘Orchard Park High School’ to YOUR HOUSE OFFICE ONLY.
Step 6 – Attend one of the OPHS Parking Orientation Meetings.
PARKING MEETINGS WILL BE ON THE FOLLOWING DATES FROM 2-3 pm IN THE AUDITORIUM.
Monday 9/9 * Additional parking meeting with BOCES juniors from 2:40-3 pm.
THESE ARE THE ONLY PARKING MEETINGS SCHEDULED FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SEMESTER 2 PARKING MEETINGS.
