External Audit Reports

The external auditors for the Orchard Park Central School District are Drescher and Malecki, LLP. The external auditors reviewed and audited the financial statements of the Orchard Park Central School District for the year ending June 30, 2022 and presented those findings to the Audit Committee and the Board of Education on October 8, 2024 The Board of Education adopted the external audit results on October 8, 2024. 

The external auditors issued a clean opinion which is their highest opinion regarding the financial records and practices of the district.

Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Orchard Park Central
School District for the period beginning on July 1, 2023 and ending on June
30, 2024, have been examined by an independent public accountant and that
the report of examination and management letter prepared in conjunction
with the external audit by the independent public accountant has been filed
in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all
interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the General Municipal Law, the
governing board of the Orchard Park Central School District may, in its
discretion, prepare a written response to the report of external audit or
management letter by independent public accountant and file any such
response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested
persons not later than January 5, 2025.
