All students in the Class of 2022 must fill out a Senior Survey indicating their post-high school plans.  Please complete the survey as soon as possible and no later than May 20, 2022.  For students attending college in the fall, a final transcript will automatically be sent to the college or university listed on the survey.  Click on the words "SENIOR SURVEY" below.
