Dear South Davis Families,

I am happy and humbled that you have placed your trust in the amazing team of caring professionals at South Davis to care for and educate your children. It is a responsibility that we all take very seriously, and we approach each interaction with a student with the attention and compassion that we would expect to be extended to our own children or family members.

We have high expectations for personal growth, academic effort, and good citizenship. We strive to provide an environment where every child has a voice, feels safe to learn and have fun, and can reach their full potential while they are with us.

We offer opportunities beyond the classroom for leadership and exploring interests and passions, from Student Council to Intramurals to a school musical. We create conditions where wonder and curiosity are nurtured, and where teamwork and collaboration are valued.

With a supportive PTO, there are many enhancements to our regular program, like guest speakers and experiential learning, and trained volunteers assist in many aspects of our school day.

I encourage you to be active partners in your child's journey with us here at South Davis, and look forward to working with all of you to make South Davis the best school it can be.
