Thirty students from Orchard Park High School DECA attended the New York DECA State Career Conference in Rochester, NY from March 6-8. They competed in various business-related contests, including marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, accounting, hospitality and human resources. Three of these outstanding students qualified to represent Orchard Park DECA at the National Competition in Orlando, Florida in April.

The 2019 Post Prom party will be held at midnight on June 1, 2019, immediately following the Prom. Students do NOT need to attend the Prom in order to attend Post Prom. This drug and alcohol free party is the largest PTO-sponsored event of the year. Seniors and their dates enjoy great food, fun entertainment, and awesome prizes! A recent update in New York Education Law, effective July 1, 2018, requires that a complete physical exam be conducted for all students entering grades K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11. We ask that you schedule an appointment with your child's physician if they will be in one of those grades in September 2018. Please forward the completed form to your school nurse as soon as the exam has been completed.

TIES (Together Including Every Student) is a new program in the District that promotes the participation of students and young adults with developmental disabilities in inclusive, organized extracurricular and community activities with the support of trained student volunteers in grades 8-12.
