Hadestown: Teen Edition is a Tony Award-winning musical by Anaïs Mitchell and directed by Rachel Chavkin that intertwines the Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice with Hades and Persephone. Set in a post-apocalyptic, Depression-era world, it follows the young lovers’ journey to the underworld, exploring themes of love, faith, and industry vs. nature. Hadestown: Teen Edition uses a powerful blend of Folk-Rock and New Orleans Jazz to encapsulate the unique blend of storytelling, dance, and music in this haunting but hopeful tale.
Hadestown: Teen Edition runs March 12, 13, 14, 7 pm and March 15, 2 pm Orchestra Seating $15, Balcony Seating $12, Sr. Citizen (62 and over) $8.
