Orchard Park Central School District Names Ellicott Elementary Principal

On November 18, 2025, Orchard Park Central School District Superintendent David Lilleck recommended Miss Stephanie Hall for appointment as principal of Ellicott Elementary. The Board of Education unanimously approved the recommendation, and Miss Hall is set to assume the principalship on November 24, 2025.

Following a comprehensive interview process involving parents, community members, and staff, Miss Hall was selected as Ellicott Elementary’s next principal. Superintendent Lilleck commented, “Miss Hall stood out for her exceptional understanding of instructional practices and her ability to inspire others to achieve great things.”

Since 2023, Miss Hall has served as assistant principal at Eggert Elementary, where she has advanced instructional practices and strengthened school community engagement. She set building goals to improve oral reading fluency, supported the rollout of the new ELA curriculum through instructional rounds and data-driven planning. She also enhanced school culture and family connections by streamlining communication with staff and family newsletters and collaborating on safety initiatives and community events with the PTO and Wellness Committee.

Before joining Orchard Park CSD, she taught for twelve years at Grand Island CSD. Reflecting on her new role, Miss Hall said, “I am truly honored to have the opportunity to lead the students, faculty, and staff of Ellicott Elementary. I look forward to working together to ensure that Ellicott continues to be a place where all students feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. Building positive relationships with every member of the Ellicott community is my top priority, and I am eager to begin meeting everyone as we start building these connections.”

Miss Hall will join assistant principal Alecia Brown, who, alongside the faculty and staff at Ellicott Elementary, will continue the district’s work to maximize the potential of every student every day.
