Sex Offender Information

Under the provisions of New York State's Sex Offender Registration Act ("Megan's Law"), police agencies may release certain information to school districts about certain registered sex offenders living in the district. When a school district receives this notification, the district is permitted to make that information public. We have received notification concerning Level 2 and Level 3 Sex Offenders residing in the town of Orchard Park.
