  • General Community Education Program Information

    CLASSES HOSTED ON SCHOOL GROUNDS FOR THE FALL SESSION

    WILL NOT BE HELD ON: 
    October 9th (Columbus Day)
    November 10th (Veterans Day)
    November 22-24 (Thanksgiving Break)
    December 25th-29th (Winter Break)

    Classes at other locations may still meet. Check with your instructor.

    EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSINGS
    When school is closed for the day or after, school activities are
    cancelled because of weather conditions. All Community Education
    classes will be cancelled without further notification.  Please listen to local
    radio and television stations for weather related or emergency closings. Every
    effort will be made to reschedule cancelled classes. You may also check the
    District Website https://www.opschools.org

    REGISTRATION 

    • Online: Follow the registration links and pay securely online through
      RevTrak using a credit card.
    • Mail-in: Print a registration form enclose a check or money order made
      payable to Orchard Park Central School District and mail to Orchard
      Park Community Education, Orchard Park High School, NY 14127
    • Walk-in: The Community Education office is located in the Orchard
      Park High School. 4040 Baker Rd. Orchard Park, NY 14127. Cash or
      check only. Baker Road entrance only please.
    • Evening Registrations will be held on September 12 & 14 from 6-8pm.
      Cash or check only.
    • No telephone registrations will be accepted.

    You will be registered unless notified of a cancellation or to advise you of a
    change. Online registrations will receive confirmation of payment via email.
    Registrations by mail-in or walk-in DO NOT receive confirmation.  Courses
    without sufficient enrollment will be cancelled.   Please register early to
    avoid disappointment!  

    ADDITIONAL FEES/DISCOUNTS
    Senior citizens of our school district, who are age 55 and over, are entitled to
    a $3.00 discount for some classes. Material/Supply fees may be collected by
    some instructors.   These fees are not included in the registration fee and will
    be noted in the course description. 

    REFUND POLICY
    If a course is cancelled by the Community Education Office, students will be
    entitled to a full refund.
