May 21 Annual School Budget Vote

The Annual Budget Vote will take place on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. at the High School.  Please use the Freeman Road entrance for access to the voting area (held in the gym). 

To be eligible to vote, you must be:
at least 18 years of age;
a United States citizen;
a resident of the District for at least 30 days immediately prior to the vote.

Eligible voters who cannot get to the polls on the day of the vote due to illness or travel outside of Erie County may request an absentee ballot. Absentee Ballots can only be mailed or handed out to residents who have completed a Request for Absentee Ballot Application, which is attached below or the application can be picked up in person in the office of the District Clerk, in the Administrative Building located at 2240 Southwestern Blvd, West Seneca, NY 14224, between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  Absentee Ballot Applications must be received no later than May 14, 2019 if the ballot is to be mailed. Absentee Ballot Application

Voting inspectors will confirm a voter's eligibility by checking Erie County voter registration records provided to the District by the Erie County Board of Elections. However, you do not need to be a registered voter to vote in a school election; you may sign an affidavit attesting to your eligibility (see Voter Eligibility above).
